What payment methods can I use?

You can pay in a variety of ways, including credit cards VISA, Mastercard en American Express (via Paypal).

If your shopping from The Netherlands, you can also use DEAL.. iDEAL is the Dutch standard for safe and direct payments on the Internet.

 When will I get my items?

The delivery time is about 7 days from the 'Ships Within' timeframe. So if we ship within 24hrs, then your Musicmask will be delivered in about 8 days.

The 'Delivery time is an estimate. This includes warehouse processing, or 'Ships Within' timeframe, plus carrier delivery times. Once your items ships from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Notification email.
What is the return and refunds policy?

 Do I have to be at home to receive the package?

You don't have to be at home. If you order one or two Musicmasks then we send it by regular mail. The package fits in your mailbox. If you order tree or more Musicmasks then the package will be bigger and you have to be at home to receive it from the carrier.
